24 hours turn around time, video may take up to 36 on occasion

A charge of $100 with be invoiced if the photoshoot is cancelled within 24 hours. If the photographer is en-route or onsite the cancellation charge will include the travel fee as well.

Treat it as a open house… Clean, decluttered, and prepared for anyone and everyone to look around. A open home may only attract 20 people, your photos will be visited by thousands online. IT IS IMPORTANT TO PREPARE! I can only work with what you provide, the camera can enhance and “beautify” a home, but it cannot lie.

Mobile livestreaming is really fun and uses some really cool tech, but being mobile means it is entierly dependent on cellular or wifi connectivity. This will work most places in and around cities where LTE is abundant but it is very sensetive and requires a steady connection throughout the property. If the home has usable wifi that is even better. If you are interested but unsure of connectivity, here is a simple guide.

Using your phone, turn off wifi so that it is getting cellular data only “LTE, 4G, 5G”

Go to your internet browser of choice and search “OOKLA speed test”

Run the speed test in various locations throughout the property i.e. upstairs, basement, backyard…

If the UPLOAD (not download) speed is atleast 15mbps then it should work!
